U have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning
2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs
4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad
7. Avoid constipation
8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day
do for 7 days you will feel better

Avoid fatty, oily, spicy food. Start Tab. Udiliv two times daily, n tab Jigreen two times (unani medication), repeat the test.

Stop consuming Alcohol.
Take Dilantin tab tds for 2 weeks tapering
Take B-complex caps daily and tab berin 100mg tds for a week.
Tab udiliv 300 mg bd for a week.
Rehydrate and eat well.
Do some breathing and walking and meditation regularly.
Read or Join AA groups if you can or contact and share.
Take responsibility for yourself and others and family.

Fatty liver perse will not cause discomfort and no use of taking udiliv and main reason is due to small intestinal cause may be due to hyperacidity or due to mild enteritis and might be also due to folicacid defeciency
