URISPAS
- Urispas issued in 200mg tablets is a drug prescribed for symptoms of bladder malfunctioning, like frequent urination etc. The chemical Flavoxate has the property to act as a muscle stimulant and gets prescribed for prostate disorders as well. Dosage will be as per physician’s advice. Side effects include intraocular pressure going up and also blurred vision. Precautions to be taken include avoiding driving.

First get urine test done to confirm or rule out infection if it shows more than 5 pus cells then she has infection and she needs antibiotic like ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day 1 hour before meals with water for 15 days and urispas 1 tab three times for 3-5 days. She should increase her fluid intake.
If she does not have infection one has to make sure she is not constipated. If so then she is likely to have anal fissure which is usually due to constipation and she needs treatment for...more

first avoid hand practice for few days. send a sample of semen in lab. for examination semen analysis.
till then take syp. alkasol 15 ml in 1 glass of water thrice a day. tab. urispas twice a day.
and take tab. flucold twice a day for 5 days.
eye drop- genty-d 1to 2 drop twice a day in to both eyes.
drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice,

You must never take Voveran.
If required take Tramodol/Ultracet.
If renal stone has caused obstruction then it is prudent to consult a Urologist.

Dear , she may have infection in urine so get it tested. If pus cells are more than five then she will have to take antibiotic like ofloxacin 2oo mg twice a day 1 hour before meals for 15 day and for immediate relief she can take urispas or flavospas three times a day 3-5 days. She can have urispas tablets for symptomatic relief. But I would advice a urine examination as well to rule out any infection
