VELTAM
- Veltam is a drug prescribed for treatment of disorders of the bladder and prostate. Tamsulosin is the generic name of the drug. Vetlam works on the relaxing of the bladder muscles helping with improvement in urination. A few of the known side effects are cough, back pain and dizziness and feeling sleepy. One of the contraindications is severe hepatic impairment.

yes she has bladder outflow obstruction but I doubt stricture. In my opinion she must have bladder neck obstruction. To confirm it please post scan report along with pictures here. Meanwhile make sure she has not constipation and anal fissure because that can give you same symptoms. While you do that you can try tab. Veltam o. 4 mg at bedtime and drink more fluids.

Please get your electrolytes done. you might be having a sodium drop. dytor and telma may be the reason of sodium drop. the drop in sodium may be the reason of depression

Feet swelling can be due to cor pulmonale or tab esam. Your father medicine for copd is not as per protocol. Tab montair has no role in copd. Try tiomate 200 2 puff once/day with spacer for copd. Other medicine he can continue. Can take diuretics for feet swelling.
