This medication is composed of Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate. It is a type of anti-histamine drug and used to treat balance disorders such as in Ménière's disease, including vertigo, ringing in the ears, nausea and vomiting. Benefits of being on this drug also include relief from the symptoms of travel sickness.
The tablet should be used with caution in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Patients with liver or kidney problems, Parkinson's disease or a blood disorder called acute porphyria should exercise caution. It should not be used in people who are allergic to this drug or any other ingredient in it.

The medicine mainly functions by preventing the stimulation of vestibule and labyrinth thereby suppressing vertigo, vomiting, dizziness and nausea during linear or angular acceleration motions. It works by preventing the relay of repetitive messages from the nerves in the inner ears to the vomiting center in the brain.
