You should give ors filtered water by soon very slowly. For vomiting vomikind syrup one spoon can be given safely. Continue with water ors. If vomiting stop. Child will feel much better wise you will have to go to pediatrician, may need admission.

Vomikind syrup 3.5 ml can be given at 6hrs interval. Plenty of ors filtered or boiled water. Econorm sachets can be safely given twice a day.

if you are pregnant so do not take vomikind daily..but you can take doxinate plus daily or sos in pregnancy.

Medicines r insufficient don't give her citrus things that will increase it
give her bland diet small and frequent meals
medicines needs to be revised.

Hello , thanks for question on lybrate, it is alcohol induced gastritis, stop taking alcohol and start tab vomikind 4 mg 1 bd, tab pan 40 mg 1 bd.

It may be a sign of acute gastroenteritis. She may develop diarrhoea on the next day. Give plenty of home available fluids & if vomiting continues you can give vomikind syrup 2.5 ml once & repeat after 6 hours if it recurs.
