    How does this medication work?

    This syrup works by suppressing IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α. It is done by its action on the inflammatory signal transduction pathways by acting over multiple cellular targets. The activation of NF-kB is also inhibited by Andrographolide. NF-kB belongs to the family of transcriptional factors, these are responsible for the gene regulation responsible for host defense and inflammation mechanism.
