About Wingesic Plus Tablet

Wingesic Plus Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of muscle spasm pain usually associated with musculoskeletal conditions. This medicine contains muscle relaxant in combination with NSAID.

Wingesic Plus works by blocking pain sensations or nerve impulses that are sent to the brain. Wingesic Plus Tablet when used together with rest and physical therapy can treat skeletal muscle conditions such as injury or pain.

Avoid using Wingesic Plus Tablet if you are allergic to it or if you are taking sodium oxybate. Inform your doctor if you have or you are:

Stop using Wingesic Plus Tablet and consult your doctor if you experience any serious side effects including black, bloody, or tarry stools, nausea, itching, fainting, upper stomach pain, dark urine, loss of appetite and clay-coloured stools.

Wingesic Plus Tab is to be taken by mouth with or without food. Taking it with food reduces the risk of stomach upset. Do not take in this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended. Follow your doctor’s prescription carefully to ensure complete safety.

    Wingesic Plus Tablet is a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the muscle spasms and the pain caused by the same. No mechanism of action has been determined for the medication as of yet, but the drug suppresses the central nervous system to produce the desired effects. It inhibits an enzyme named Cyclooxygenase which is responsible for the formation of prostaglandin. Prostaglandin is a major contributor to the process of inflammation and pain sensation in the body. The medicine also activates certain receptors in the brain that inhibit pain signals.

Carbamazepine, Phenytoin, Ramipril and Aspirin are some of the tablets that can cause moderate side effects when used along with Wingesic Plus Tablet. Methotrexate, Sodium Nitrite, Prilocaine, Adefovir, Apixaban and Ketorolac are the medicines that can cause severe side effects.
