Some types of infections caused by parasites like amebiasis and giardiasis can also be treated with Zil 500 MG Tablet. The medicine prevents the multiplication of parasites as well as bacteria. The antibiotic does not cure all types of infections caused by bacteria or parasites. It does not cure viral infections as well.
