About Zinase-D Tablet
Zinase tablet is an anti-inflammatory painkiller. This non-steroidal drug alleviates symptoms of arthritis such as inflammation, pain, fever and swollen joints. It helps in treating rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylosis and severe menstrual pain.
This medication works by obstructing the production of cyclooxygenase, which synthesizes the compound called prostaglandin. This compound is responsible for symptoms of arthritis such as pain, swelling and inflammation. It is effective in providing pain relief.
The effect of each tablet lasts for 11 to 12 hours. Therefore, the standard recommended dosage is twice a day. It is advisable to take this medication only under the guidance and recommendation of a medical practitioner. You should continue taking this medication until you have completed the course, and discontinue as per the instructions of your doctor. Do not skip out on a dose, and avoid doubling the dosage to make up for having skipped the dose.

Zinase inhibits an enzyme named Cyclooxygenase which is responsible for the formation of prostaglandin.
