The parathyroid glands are responsible for regulating the calcium, vitamin D, and phosphorus levels in our blood and bones. PTH hormone is released by the gland which is responsible for the regulation of the calcium in the body. When our body has the issues related to the calcium, then it means that there are some up and down with the PTH gland.
