ACC tablet is used as bone joint supplement.It contains Calcium Carbonate and Alfacalcidol.

Role of key ingredients:
Calcium carbonate is a mineral that is required for the formation of bones and maintaining them. Calcium carbonate is required to prevent breakage of bones. Calcium is used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who do not get enough calcium from their diets.
Alfacalcidol is a vitamin D supplement. Alfacalcidol can help maintain calcium levels and help the body use calcium and phosphate to maintain healthy bones. Alfacalcidol is used for treating conditions in which calcium metabolism is disturbed. It is also used in disorders associated with Vitamin D deficiency and in calcium malabsorption.
It helps in the development of bone mass, provide relief from muscle and bone pain, and also enhances metabolism. This is a dietary supplement that should be taken to avoid calcium disorders.

Following general measure will help to increase sperm count and motility :- 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A, C,D, E and Zinc 3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so you do have 2 yrs. More to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys.
