The fast pace of modern life places large demands on many individuals mental and physical performance. As a result, it is necessary to help the body overcome mental strain and emotional exhaustion. ADEL 85 (NEU-regen TONIC) Syrup helps restore proper organ function and energetically balance the performance of the body through gentle regulation. In contrast, drugs such as stimulants and sedatives place even greater demands upon an exhausted body.

INGREDIENTS: Argentum nitricum 6X, Cinchona pubescens (China) 4X, Conium maculatum 4X, Delphinium staphysagria (Staphysagria) 6X, Piper methysticum 8X , Stychnos nux vomica (Nux vomica) 4X, Avena sativa , Panax ginseng (Ginseng) .

Argentum nitricum treats psychological conditions including fear of failure, forgetfulness, mental exhaustion and headaches due to mental strain. It also treats upper stomach symptoms brought on by nervous stimuli that can produce appetite anomalies, such as a craving for sweets. In addition to calming the nerves, it possesses antitoxic and anti-catarrh properties.

Cinchona pubescens (China) addresses nervous conditions and general weakness following infectious illnesses. It is a reliable remedy for treating the gall, liver, stomach and pancreas. By improving the function of these organs, Cinchona succirubra helps regulate the appetite and prevents flatulence. It also prevents tachycardia that may arise from organ dysfunction, eliminates venous blockages and restores proper warmth regulation.

Conium maculatum (Conium) stimulates regulation, which enables the body to address fear, depression, hypochondria, memory loss, fear of being alone, aversion to work, disinterest in performance and certain forms of sleeplessness.

Delphinium staphysagria (staphysagria) helps treat nervous hyperstimulation with irritability, fits of anger, sexual dysfunction and the inability to concentrate. It also addresses disruptions of the vegetative nervous system (vegetative dystonia).

Piper methysticum is the special plant to lighten up the mood of persons with exited and exhausted states. It is a natural tranquiliser without any side effects, which brings coolness in a person.

Stychnos Nux vomica (nux vomica) addresses psychological conditions closely related to abdominal problems, insufficient physical activity, smoking and extensive use of alcohol or strong stimulants. Not feeling appetite although I have used many liver tonic and anzime and digestive tonic also.

Do some excercise daily, whatever you feel like. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Sleep well, 6-8 hours at night take smaller and frequent meals.

Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Hi, any tonic or supplement will only give result till you use them. Weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to lose fat to get healthy. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours to improve metabolism and reduce fat. Have whole grain cereals like millets (bajra, jowar,ragi) and pulses and sprouts. Eat protein rich diet egg whites, sprouts (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits like citrus varieties, papaya and leafy vegetables in your diet. Eat heavy breakfast, as 40% of day?s energy comes from breakfast. Moderate lunch and light dinner with maximum fibre and protein?s. Avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Brisk walking, aerobics, jogging, skipping or any outdoor activity can be done. Sleep of 7-8 hours will help in releasing all toxins and reduce bloating thus will lead to weight loss.
