Hello, to increase the intake of water you can give it as lemon water, put sabja seeds, mint leaves and little lemon, jeera powder and give this will change the taste of water and she will like it. Since her haemoglobin is low she can have dates, anjeer, jaggery, poha, bajra as kanji, watermelon. Instead of roti she can have khichadi, dal rice, daliya with curd. Banana, chickoo, mango, sitaphal are good for regenerating liver cells. All the best!
