You did not mention bilirubin level readings. During and immediately after jaundice, you will be very weak and your digestion also will be very weak. Please take home made boiled food without oil. Fruit juices, sugar cane juice, coconut water are good. No drinking and smoking.

If you are getting diarrhoea with that syp then don't use it stop it. You can use any other syp means substitute to it ok.
