I am suffering from acne and pimples since my teen age. My master plan to cure this problem: Wheatgrass juice every morning on empty stomach to detox the body Manjishta to purify blood. She has diagnosed of breast cancer going through chemo for the first time after chemo she got lung infection and after 18 days got infection of herpes that caused delay in the second chemotherapy please recommend some diet as per her condition we are giving her wheatgrass guide soya milk and a type of kadha made by the leaves of ramphal along with medicines. Also describe why she got infected again an again.

Pcod/pcos is a common hormonal disorder in women which can lead to weight gain and irregular periods. While most women depend on pills to deal with it, these simple changes in your lifestyle will help you deal with the condition in a better way. 1. Nutritional approach: deficiency of micronutrients contributes to insulin insensitivity and compromise ovarian function. So, •completely stay away from processed/ refined cereals (which have a high glycemic index or gi).
