Take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months. If it?s better, then continue or else will have to go for other options such as rubber band ligation, surgery, cauterization, etc. Management: Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day. A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at most drugstores. If you are constipated, use a laxative. Keep the anal area clean. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn't necessary and may aggravate the problem. Avoid alcohol based or perfumed wipes. Gently dry the area with a hair dryer after bathing. Don't use dry toilet paper. To help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn't contain perfume or alcohol. Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. Walking is the best exercise for your whole body as well as the piles as it increases the blood circulation to every part of body. Avoid sitting for long hours together. Include more fibrous food in your diet like fruits, green vegetables, salads.

7-8 days ago I was having difficulty in pooping. It was so tight that I had to push it so hard still I couldn't poop well. The next day when I poop it was paining and some blood came with poop. I am not sure if it's piles or it's wound inside because of that hard poop. But I took arshkalp capsule for 6 days. Now I don't have that much pain but blood is still coming with poop. Pain is reduced but still I have pain while pooping only. Earlier it was whole day after pooping. Kindly guide me what problem it can be and what should I follow.

The medicine can heal the wound but if the anal muscle is tight then the wound will recur again and again so first of all use indian style toilet, if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, western toilet increases constipation. Since constipation is a bigger factor behind piles & fissure. If you are feeling itching & burning, your anal muscles become unusually tight, this is symptoms of anal fissure, also don't go for any anal surgery fissurectomy or laser, your anus grip can be loose after surgery & it takes too much time to heal the anus wound, by that time you will also suffer pain and trouble, you should get some ayurvedic therapies like ayurvedic matra basti, ayurvedic kshar karma & anal dilatation. After that you will never have a fissure again. You'll be fine in just 10 days. We will provide you demo video for the treatment procedure, please contact us for more details at sushruta clinic, new delhi-45.

Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Other factors that increase the risk for getting hemorrhoids include constipation, diarrhea, lifting heavy objects, poor posture, prolonged sitting, pregnancy, eating a diet low in fibre, anal intercourse, and being overweight. Liver damage and some food allergies can also add stress to the rectal veins. People who consistently eat a high-fiber diet are less likely to get hemorrhoids, while those people who prefer a diet high in processed foods are at higher risk. A low-fiber diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to hemorrhoids in two ways: it promotes straining on the toilet people do not consider homeopathy medicine for piles at its early stages and this is one of the reason why they end up under a surgeon's knife.
