Criteria for diagnosis of Diabetes: 1. HbA1c ?6.5%.
2. Hyperglycemic crisis + random plasma glucose ?200 mg/dL (11.1 mmol/L) or
3. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) ?126 mg/dL (7.0 mmol/L) or 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose ?200 mg/dL (11.1 mmol/L) after a 75-g glucose load after overnight fast of at least 8 hours.
So she doesn't have Diabetes.

DO REGULAR BRISK WALK AND CYCLING. TAKE LUKE WARM WATER BEFORE AND AFTER DINNER . TAKE HIGH FIBER DIET WILL HELP TO REDUCE WEIGHT . TAKE PLENTY OF FRUITS. TAKE PLENTY OF WATER . AVOID SUGARS, EXTRA SALT, SWEETS, JUICES,MAIDA PRODUCTS.
