Air purifier are of not much use, Need as per size of room and regular maintenance. Yes can use airconditioner but temp should be 24/25. Better avoid dry cooler.

1.Prepare a mixture of powdered dried ginger root, black pepper and long pepper in equal amounts and store in an airtight container. Have ½ teaspoon of this powder mixed with honey. 2.Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder to one glass of hot water. Drink this sip by sip frequently during the day. 3.Dry roast 3-4 black raisins and add pinch of black pepper and rock salt to it. Have this 2-3 times a day for 15-20 days. 4.Drink luke warm water 3-4 a day. 5. Take 2 tab giloyghan vati twice a day/ 1 month.& swallow 2 basil leaves daily empty stomach with water 6. Pour 2-2 drops of badam rogan shrin/hamdard at night just before sleep. follow up after 10 days.

Try antiallergic tablets along with paracetamol tablets for 2 - 3 days with bed rest you should feel better.

Protection is difficult as you cannot avoid them completely, you need to wear a mask and full complete clothing covering more than 90% of your body surface area.

Hello lybrate-user, No need to panic in such situations. Most of the time ruptured ear drums remains unsymptomatic and heal. I would suggest you get an otoscopy done. Visit an ENT specialist. Here a some tips, 1) Don't let water enter your ear. 2) If you get cold and fever, consult a doctor asap. 3) Use cotton ball in ruptured ear drum ear while taking bath. 4) Do not put oil or any drops in that ear.
