Beet root juice apply 2-3 drops of beetroot juice and massage your lips. Beet root will make your lips pinker, giving them a luscious look. 3. Olive oil rub 1 or 2 drops of olive oil on your lips. This will reduce the darkness and moisturise your lips. 4. Lemon juice we all know that lemon juice is great for hair and even greater for skin. It is also beneficial in making your lips beautiful and pink. Apply 2-3 drops of lemon juice on your lips. Stretch your lips and massage gently. You will see that the darkness is removing itself and your lips will appear to be soft. 5. Rose flower take 2-3 drops of rose flower oil and apply it on the lips. Rose flower oil will give you pink coloured lips, naturally. In addition to this, take 10-12 glasses of water daily, apply some good brand lip balm morning and night with spf 10-20, always clean the make-up and lipstick before going to bed, avoid licking or biting the lips, avoid using matt lipstick.

Hi dear, It's not all about eating rich, creaming, fried, high caloried food. The elite people do take care of themselves by visiting regularly in beauty saloons for their skin and hair care, they go to gym regularly to maintain a good figure or physique and also they do follow healthy and nutritive diet at home which is also followed by freaking out in the these food courts during weekends with their friends, cousins. As we can't see what they do daily in their routine at their home or gym or saloon, we assume that they visit the food courts every week. It's all about maintaining a balance between'Calories-in' and'Calories-out' concept sensibly. We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. When I was 4 years old one of my uncle's too to a cafe near by in his lap and ordered for samosas and biscuits separately for both of us. But after ordering them he alone ate all in his plate and not allowed me to eat even any thing. He kept all as it is in my plate and bought me home. From then onwards I had a feeling that I should not share money or food to our people as they don't allow me to touch again. This behaviour increased in me to such an extent that I used to always expect from others without doing job or earning money and even if I do work for others I used to do freely .is there any cure for such thoughts to my problem.
