Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

My knee gets stressed after long walk at moderate or fast speed. Also thigh muscle gets strained on climbing steps. Please suggest remedy. I have taken calcium vitamin D and cartigen tabs

Earlier I was taking Ademetionine 400 mg. Now doctor suggested cartigen Forte. What is difference between two and which one is better?

Ademetionine tablets should be swallowed whole. For better absorption of ademetionine and complete therapeutic effect ,ademetionine tablet should not be taken with meals.

Morning I think from your age you're unlikely to going towards the arthritis of the stage but if your profession doesn't allow you to activities, most likely the chance of deficiencies of vitamin d can cause this type pain as well. In present instance I will say you should get some blood test (from thyrocare) to see mainly vitamin d and deficiencies and vitamin c as well apart from calcium. If your pain is related to any sports, you might need to get an mri scan of both knees. I don't think just by taking a b12 vitamin doesn't make significant improvement. Need to establish the diagnosis before starting on appropriate treatment.
