Which is better? Give top to bottom priority. How to use and benefit.
Tayo 60,000 is vit d3. It is to be taken once weekly. Excess of vit d can be harmful for your health so lindly check your vit d3 levels. Shelcal is a king of calcium supplement. It also contains vit d3 in a lower amount. Vitd3 and calcium are taken together for the treatment of osteoporosis, in which the bone density reduces making it prone to fractures. Vit d3 has been proved beneficial in covid 19. So, it is good to take vit d3. But check your levels after completing two months of vitd3 60k.

After age 50, which supplement is better for bone health ccm or ibandronic acid kit? Thanks.

General Physician,
After age 50, which supplement is better for bone health ccm or ibandronic acid kit? Thanks.
Ibandronic acid is not a supplement and is reserved for only a select group of patients, to be taken only if specifically advised by a doctor as it can have some serios side effects too. As a supplement, any calcium supplemet is good. However, absorption is always better from food, so having a diet rich in calcium is also necessary.
