Cofol-Z Capsule

Cofol-Z capsule contains Carbonyl Iron, Folic Acid, and Zinc Sulphate.

Folic acid is essential for our body as it plays a key role in keeping our body healthy and active. It does nucleotide biosynthesis as well as the remethylation of homocysteine. It is very important for rapid cell division and hence promotes growth. Folic acid is needed for both children and adults to produce healthy red blood cells, thus preventing anemia.

Carbonyl iron is a form of iron which offers higher absorption and less chances of GI disturbances. Iron is important as it maintains levels of red blood cells, thus making an individual energetic. It also prevents anemia.

Zinc sulphate is essential for normal foetal growth.

• Used in the treatment of Iron deficiency anemia
• Helpful in prevention of Iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss or low intake of iron
• Used in nutritional anaemia that occurs especially during pregnancy and lactation
• Helps in the formation of red blood cells (RBCs)

• Cofol-Z capsule can be taken orally with water, after meals.
• Use under medical supervision.

• Constipation

• Should not be taken in case of allergy to any ingredients
• Should not be taken in case of allergy to other drugs
• Consulting to the doctor in detail about the signs of allergies
• Should not be consumed if you are on other medications
• Alcohol, dairy products, tea, coffee, eggs and soybean should be avoided
