I'm delivered with twins two months back n facing problem of low milk supply and i'm taking lactare since from two three weeks but no significant result, after each feed i'm giving my infants dexolac formula, please suggest me how to improve my milk supply.

? Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ? . Avoid bending in front. ? Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. ? Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. ? Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. ? Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Is it safe to feed horlicks and fruit juice to an infant other than formula milk?
It is better to avoid formula and give only breast milk. You tell the age of the infant. Fruit juice can be given and horlicks also. Always give more natural vitamins in food form. Ask me in case of doubts.

Yes you can, if you want. First my advice will be to start weaning with home food like thin rice dal, Kanji. Continue to breast feed. Use any formula if needed, suitable for babies who are six months of age or more.
