Hi I am male 28 and from last 20 days I m feeling some kind of pain or hardness in my upper stomach after eating food. Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly. Don?t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food. If your weight is high ? losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too. Keep a gap of 2 hours between exercise and meals. Drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Try meditation and yoga to minimise daily stress.

you have to take rest fr a day and if d prblm continue you have to take an eye drop for your eye.

You put rose water in eyes and close eyes for few mins...do it 2-3 times in a day...it will be healed... Still for any more queries...feel free to ask me...

It is secretion of cowpers gland which is watery in nature. It depends on excitement level. Donot worry it is not disease.

Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m. Or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2.Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue. There is no remedy as instant drops.
