Do regular exercise like push up,yoga,plank.Eat small amount of food.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Use watery vegetables,whole fruits.Take protein foods to reduce extra weight.Use healthy fat in cooking.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use lukewarm water after meals.Do not sleep immediately after meals.

1.Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2.Take little more water in the day 3.Eat more fruits and green vegetables 4.No fried/ spicy/ junk/ processed/ fast food, no maida products 5.No tea/ coffee/ cold drinks 6.No alcohol 7.Reduce wt 8.Daily morning walk for 30 mts 9.Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 10.Fiber Foods that are high in insoluble fiber include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Try wheat bran, brown rice, or whole grain bread. Soluble fiber- Prunes and figs can be added to breakfast or eaten as a snack. 11. On a regular basis I use to do exercise.
You change your life style which will help you to gain weight.Eat more food more frequently.Drink whole cream milk or milk shake 300 ml/day.Take banana 3-4pcs/day.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Add cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly,ghee with foods extra.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate,ice cream.Eat more fish,egg,meat,soy milk,soybean,soy product,cottage cheese,mushroom,lentil,yogurt.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.No water just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water.Do exercise like weight lifting and muscle building exercise which will help you to gain weight.Take proper rest.
