Burning fat with the help of a medicine is never a good option in my opinion. You should do more exercises or gymming for that purpose. Otherwise, having green tea before going to bed daily is also good. But it takes time to show results.

In terms of improving erection, they will not help. Unfortunately, all such boosters boost only your hopes and not the erection or testosterone levels. Rather, these alternative components are not regulated and difficult to say how your body will react to it in terms of side effects. For Erectile Dysfunction, treatment is very easy now days and a 2 min consultation with any doctor will solve your concerns.

I have acne prone skin. I have been using deriva cms for ages. It just controls it but doesn't cure it totally. Recently I observed many open pores and blackheads white heads on my face. I heard a lot about niacinamide serum. I ordered it from sugandha. I see no improvement but even more acne. Is it purging? Because I read it that niacinamide is the safest thing and it will not cause breakouts. I use deriva cms then niacinamide twice. Please suggest.

Acne in this age group is very common and we can cotrol it but no permanent cure is available. If you take isotretinoin in proper doses, it can prevent acne for 6-24 months, very person to person. For isotretinoin, strict birth control methods are necessary if you are married or planning for marriage because this is quite harmful for baby in pregnancy. Niacinamide and deriva cms is good.

Hi lybrate-user! acne or pimples is an age related skin problem which has ups and downs of the lesions. Depending on the diet which you take, acne will be under your control. Pleas don't touch your pimples with your hands as it can cause spots and can aggravate pimples also. Reduce oily foods, sweets ,chocolates, non vegetarian foods like red meat, chicken ,eggs, dairy products as these foods can aggravate acne. Coming to the actual question, niacinamide gel with clindamycin (topical creams) is beneficial for controlling acne. But oral nicotinamide is not much beneficial for acne. You can use benzoxyl gel or adapalene gel to control breakouts. You can do private online consult and show your skin pics and chat such that you can a better solution. Please don't worry ,as most of them suffer pimples in this age and get a clear skin if they follow instructions and medication.
