You need to get evaluated for PCOD, hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia which can be other common causes for delaying menses after pregnancy has been ruled out.
You may opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterone to initiate your menses. please follow up.

Hi lybrate-user! its an iron tablet which must be taken as supplement during pregnancy from second trimester onwards as the iron requirements increase tremendously and generally diet alone is not sufficient to meet it. As it is excreted in stools it makes it colour dark. There is nothing to worry about it. It just shows that iron is being taken regularly. She continue taking these through out the pregnancy and till she is breastfeeding thebaby ideally.
