As you can see that both the formulations have 2 common ingredients i.e cowhage and small caltrops. Combining them together as a single dose would result in a net high dose of cowhage and small caltrops which may be desirable or non desirable depending upon your condition. So if the doctor has recommended you to take them together then you must consume it that way.
