KetoaddTablet contains Alpha Ketoanalogue that are used for kidney patients to delay dialysis.

Role of key ingredients:
Alpha Ketoanalogue contains all amino acids essential for uremic patients, five out of them are keto or hydroxyanalogue in the form of calcium salts. Therefore it allows reduction in the nitrogen supply and provides calcium. It is a medication for the treatment of chronic kidney disease patients on Conservative management therapy (CKD stage I, II, III). In combination with very low protein diet / low protein diet, it helps in delaying the progression of kidney disease in the Predialysis period.

My sr. creatinine was 1.9 It reduced gradually after medical supervision. Recently it was 1.5 and eGFR also coming down to 60. I was takingNEFROZON (N-Acetylcysteine and Taurine one Tab per day). My doctor added KETOADD (Alpha ketoanalogue 2 tab per day. Should I reduce the dose of KETOADD to one tab per day?

As on 5th june 2019, my father creatinine is 2.2 and blood pressure 130/80 ,and blood sugar 112 fasting and 138 after meal. He is taking medicine as follows: nicardia xl30 trinexovas 20 concor 5 ketoadd tablet glycomet gp 0.5 silofast d8 solikem 5 mg please suggest me treatment for creatinine, as it was 1.7 last year and even after regular taking ketoadd tab 2: 2:2. It is not controlling.

My mother is suffering from diabetes, bp, ckd and mds. Her serum creatinine is 1.77 is this a serious health issues. Diabetes and bp are in control. Right now she is on amlozaar h for bp, pioz mf 15 for diabetes, ketoadd for ckd and actorise 200 for mss. Please update me next line of treatment for ckd to delay dialysis.
