Dear all you need is healthy diet
On a daily basis consume
3 bananas +3 glasses of milk + 2 eggs + a fist of ground nuts in between your regular breakfast lunch and dinner. Maintain meal timings for every 2-3 hrs.
Include foods such as 2-3fruits/day, a cup of sprouts, or a cup of sweet corn, etc
You can also consume fluids in between instead of snacks such as buttermilk, skim milk, cooconut water, lime juice, etc
Include high protein foods such as 2-3egg whites per day, all pulses and legumes, wheat, paneer, tofu, skim milk, yoghurt, skinless chicken, boiled peanuts, soaked almonds, etc regularly in your diet.
