Vitiligo is a chronic disease and takes a lot of time to get alright. There are lot of myth and fancies associated with it. There are studies which show that vitamin c containing foods / fruits not make it more. It is also not affected by white foods. There is weak evidence that it may increase with use of turmeric. It may increase with processed or canned food. Liquorice may increase it. If your vitiligo is increasing then you have to be careful with the food you eat. Avoid citrus fruits also. As for medication availability in your city please visit a dermatologist for better consultation and treatment.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil. Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out Use umbrella when going in sun. Wear full sleeves cloths Drink plenty of fluids. Don?t be stressed. For more details consult online

If you do not have any problems like pain or bleeding, these very small fibroids may not any treatment at all. These may go off by their own. Sometimes you may need medicines if you have problems in bleeding or pain
