Hello Mr. lybrate-user. It is a fact you have to accept, that psoriasis is an autoinflammatory disease that activates and settles on its own pace. Its flares are totally unpredictable. There are good medicines available to control the disease, but can't stop future flares. The only goal to treatment is controlling the disease and treating flares when it arises. So you have to accept the disease and try to avoid the triggers such as irritants, certain medicines, excessive sunlight exposure. For more details, please consult online.
