Am 54 yrs, male. I have vitam in b12 deficiency 158 pg/ml, vitamin d deficiency at 9.69 ng/ml. I completed taking tablet mymi d and vitamin d3 60k tablet once a week for 4 weeks. Just now seem to feel little of bit changes in my condition. Not fully recovered. Should I continue taking or stop it now?(my symptoms - memory loss, blackout, feeling very weak, tired, stomach upset, indigestion and flatulence, sleeplessness)

Dear lybrate-user take vitamin d3 table weekly for one month more and then there after monthly. Tab. Vitamin b12 and calcium daily one more contact with me oon line.
