Information about Myolaxin Ointment

Myolaxin Ointment is used to relieve pain associated with muscle or joint injuries such as sprains, strains, or sports injuries. It also relieves pain from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis etc. It contains Methyl salicylate, Menthol, Camphor, Eucalyptus oil and Capsaicin.

Role of key ingredients:
Methyl Salicylate is Counterirritant which inflames the affected part, improves blood flow, makes warmth the affected part and enhances deeper penetration of the drug (capsaicin) hence works faster.
Capsaicin is derived from capsicum. Capsaicin help in relieve from pain and inflammation. It stimulates the release of a compound involved in communicating pain between the nerves in the spinal cord and other parts of the body thus decreases the intensity of pain signals in the body.
Menthol provides a soothing, cooling and analgesic effect
Camphor and Eucalyptus oil has good odour, local anaesthetic action property.

Myolaxin Ointment is used in:
Knee joint and neck pain
Musculo skeletal pain
Arthritic pain
Low back pain

Caution: Do not apply to broken skin and excessively raw areas.

Direction for use:
Apply Myolaxin ointment by hand and gently massage the ointment into the area of pain or stiffness and on the surrounding area until the gel has been absorbed.
Note: It is normal for the skin to redden as a result of the increased circulation to the affected area.

Dosage: Treatment should be repeated two to three times a day.

Use under Medical supervision.

Do this ? 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water. 9.Curd is good for u. Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc. For more details you can consult me.

I am experiencing lower middle back pain. Like scattered above my hips. It all started 4 years ago while doing long jump. Now while weight lifting at gym I occasionally get this pain after 2 month of joining. And also it take 2-3 months to heal completely. Kindly let me know what to do for this. I will be having army test soon. Am I eligible for army iife. And please don't copy paste the answer. New answer will be appreciated. P.s .i met with the doc. He took my x ray and said it is fine as there was no bone or other deformity. Kindly let me know what to do. Is there any medication I should start?

You are too young to undergo this struggle. Firstly, it happened four years ago, so you need to contemplate on how is your pain and when it is getting triggered. Middle back pain is safe according to me, rather than lower back pain as it might be due to sciatic nerve compression. You can keep ice and so basic abdomen strengthening exercise which will help you to feel better. Check with your hemoglobin levels as anaemia also makes you to have more pain and also it might make you to become tired quickly.
