Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problems could be due to weakness
- have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains, protein foods such as milk & milk products, eggs, soya beans, soy products, legumes including pulses & lentils, a handful of nuts
- do regular exercise including walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, also do moderate weight lifting twice a week to build stamina & strength
- also have 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration
- sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed.
