Hi You can have around 10-15 almonds a day. While almonds can lower your cholesterol level, eating too many almonds can cause weight gain as they are high in fat and calories with approximately 14 g of fat and 163 calories per ounce. 3.5 g of Fibre is present in one ounce of almonds. The appropriate amount of fibre needed per day is 30 g. Constipation and diarrhea is caused when too much almonds are being taken. If your body isn't used to taking too much fibre, the side effects can worsen. Bloating and cramping can be caused when too much fibre is consumed.

There is no harm in trying this mixture, it would work if it has to. Massage nicely with your fingers to increase blood circulation. These methods work very well on some, hopefully it will work for you too.

I'm suffering for hair fall and tried many of shampoo's and home treatment like oiling with almond ,paste of methi seeds etc but till there is no changes seen over my hair damage. Currently I'm using patanjali shampoo. Would you please recommend how can I stop hair fall.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

Olive oil may work better than almond oil. Along with olive oil you should also take up following instructions for speedy results. 1- leave masturbation if do 2- do not watch pron movies. 3- take nutritious and healthy diet 4- avoid fast food, spicy,and oily food. 5- may take ayurvedic medicine for strengthening your sexual strength to a grater level. 6- do abdominal crunches, leg raises ,push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 7- add up salad as staple in your food. 8- kegel exercises.9- dissmiss all unntatural sexual acts.
