No you can?t use aloe vera gel as sunscreen. It can be used on pimples. You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market

Hello good morning mam. Both r you r taking at a time in night or alternate days changed it. U need to have a healthy diet with adequate water intake ,regular exercise for minimum of 45 mins whatever form it may be, early sleep in night time and that too proper sleep for minimum of 6 hours, stress reduction you need to do yoga or meditation for minimum of 30 mins on alternate days if daily not possible for u.r you doing all these things mam?
