Use a simple lubricating eye drop. If you wish to use an ayurvedic preparation - itone eye drips 2 times a day r good. Also try palming of your eyes. Will help them relax.

To improve your eyesight, do eye exercises regularly. Have vit. A rich diet e.g. Papaya, carrot, spinach etc. Avoid continuous use of mobile screens, laptop screens. Take half tsf trifala churna with honey in the morning everyday.

Have you consulted any eye specialist. It may be some allergic reaction or infection. Better get diagnosis and then start the treatment. You can use it... Usually there is no side effects... Until you are allergic specifically. Try one drop in one eye... If it does not cause any symptoms then use it in both eyes..
