Commonly known as Glycerine is a deep acting remedy as it helps in putting on weight, and is indicated in people who are weak, thin, and lean due to undernourishment (marasmus). It helps in improving immunity and health of these individuals. It also helps in resolving following conditions:

Head

Feels full with throbbing pain
A unbearable headache two days before menses

Urine
