Simyl MCT Spray Dried Powder is supplementary powder for infants with under weight problems. Simyl MCT Spray Dried Powder helps in digestion for the infants and helps in increasing their weight.
Simyl MCT contains Medium Chain Triglycerides which help in weight gain of the child.
MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) is useful for feeding of newborn infants, to both assist their initial growth and to contribute to their physiological development. The absorption of calcium and magnesium appears to be enhanced when the diet contains MCTs, particularly in infants, and the absorption of amino acids also appears to be improved.
MCTs can be a useful addition to the diet of those suffering from any form of malnutrition.
Simyl MCT is recommended for babies who are intolerant to lactose and sucrose.

As she is 5+ start semisolid food rich with ghee. She will herself grow well. Splitting is mostly due to tongue movement.

I have delivered at 37th week. My baby was 2.64 kg at the time of discharge the weight decreased as per the normal. At 17th day weight was 2.5 kg and at 22nd day it was 2.61 kg. I am exclusively breastfeeding my child. Is there a need for Lactodex HMF along with Simyl MCT oil. Or I can wait for a few more weeks for my baby health.

No need to give anything to your baby if you breastfeed him/her properly and exclusively. Weight gain has already started and will gradually go on if there is no other problem.

First, of all, you need to avoid bottle feeding completely and instead feed on cups and or with sippers. You can then give any foods in a cup.
