If I do go for clinics they are trying to sell a spectacle rather than suggesting a tab and I am not willing to wear specs. Thanks in advance Regards,

Working on laptops will not change your eye power. It is true that it leads to dryness of the eyes which can result in redness, burning, watering and sometimes blurring of vision which can cause eye pain or headache. For dryness (also known as computer vision syndrom) you have to blink frequently and to relax every 20 minutes looking at 20 feet distance for 20 secs (20-20-20 rule. And lubricant eye drops. For eye power you have to glasses or contact lenses if you want to avoid glasses. But no tablet can improve eyesight.

Dear user. Beets are a good source of folate, manganese, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B-6, pantothenic acid, choline, betaine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper and selenium. The remarkable benefits of beets are most effective when they are enjoyed raw in a fresh juice. Don't worry. Take care.
