Information about Union Capsule

Union capsule contains Cissus Quadrangularis Linn and Withania Somnifera.
Cissus Quandrangularis Linn is known for its ability to help broken bones heal faster. Withania Somnifera is a strong protector, an effective shield that can be used to prevent numerous diseases and restore normal bodily functions.
Union capsule is useful in fracture healing. It is a remedy for pain and swelling caused by sprain and injury. It is also useful to boost up bone strength and in treating osteoporosis.
Union capsule can be taken in case of post operative fixation of fracture, as fracture healing accelerator and also act as analgesic and anti inflammatory.
Directions of use:
Recommended dose is 1 capsule two times a day.

Use under medical supervision.

What are symptoms of non union of bone fracture. How it should be identified can it be seen in x ray. When can we find development in bone union in the sense after fracture for lower end of fibula fracture When should x ray made to know status.

Non union is when there is no new bone formation or callus at fracture ends on x ray even after 6 months. Although in lower end of fibula it should be even earlier. Clinically there will be abnormal mobility.

I have had femur fracture (fracture it with subtroch extension left femur) operation two month back. Operation done with crif with pfn and encirclage wiring. Please advice how much it takes to heal or union. I can walk thru walker only.

You should walk with the help of a pair of crutches or a walker. Wait for union of fracture as seen on x ray film.

The fracture in my left femur subtrocantetic region since 13 nov, 2013 has gone in nonunion/extremely delayed union. Nailing, bone grafting with lower fixed screw removal, lower dynamic screw removal on 24/9/2014 done. Earlier fracture in right femur on 12 jan, 2010 took more than 4. 5 years to unite after 5 operations. Kindly tell me solution for early union.

Dear sir, I met with an bus accident and recently got re -surgery with bone grafting for non union of joint with augmentation playing also. At present I am walking with the help of of walker. You will have to meet a Physiotherapist nearby your locality and all the exercise can be thought to you only after clinical examination and continue treatment till recovery.
