It's better use warm water. You can use different creams and oil also in market but best is water.

Use plain soap. Don?t use any perfumed or scented soap or body wash. They contain chemicals which can further irritate your skin.

Hello- Washing under the foreskin for uncircumcised guys is only needed once a day. That's enough to stop the buildup that uncut guys can get. Just like any other body part, if you over-wash, it may irritate or dry out the skin. Do you pull back your foreskin BEFORE you pee? That would probably be the recommended thing. So you don't get urine trapped under the skin.
