Zenith Protein Pure Soy has the maximum protein per serving ratio. 25g. of Soy protein has been recomended for healthy cholestral levels in the body.

Directions for use:

Hi lybrate-user starting eating more chapatis and rice with butter or ghee. Take creamed milk upto 500 ml daily and also eat milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also take dry fruits daily like 4 to 6 almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Eat fresh and high calorie fruits like apple, banana, etc. And vegetables like spinach, etc. You can also take fruit juices. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 or 3 pcs, of chicken or red meat daily. Take salad with your every main meal. Also do exercises daily as it increases your satiety.

Yes you can include them for muscle gain provided you are doing workouts. It is suggested to have them with water for instant absorption. Good brands are available in market and you need to consult your health counsellor as per your body needs. Usually 25-30 gm protiens in one scoop, one serving is recommended. Number of scoops will depends on your health status, activity and requirements. Overdose can cause toxicity.

No, you will not gain height. Also you do not need any protein supplements. Follow this for good health1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Do high protein diet like paneer, chicken, dal, rajama, sprouts, eggs in daily diets fallow this diets for one months properly morning take milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take banana shake 1glass, in lunch take proper meal in evening take coconut water in night take proper meal add in daily diets dates 6pics daily 8pics badam, n chuaraha 5pics daily.
