I am 28 years old and I am 8 month pregnant now. My weight is 48 kg. My bp and blood sugar is low. What should I have to do to increase my weight, bp and blood sugar?

Eat small and frequent meal. Drink mango milk shake or banana milk shake once a day. Eat gur, green leafy vegetables, stuffed paratha, mix soyabean or paneer in dal. Do not eat very fried or spicy food other wise you can't eat much.
