Hello, my ige levels are 1209 and my concern is that the ige levels related to hiv? I was worried because 80 days back I went for normal lab for cbc test I did not noticed weather they used new or reused syringe so got test for elisa hiv after 80 days it got non reactive so my doubt is weather the ige effects the hiv result? Mainly I had a doubt that does the high ige levels effect the hiv result?

Hi. IgE can get deranged in many situations so it's just not significant for HIV.in relation to HIV you need to get HIV ELISA test done at 90th and 180th day. These reports will be confirmatory. Thanks.
