Hello Experts, I've done 7 days check up about my Blood Pressure. It only shows between 110/70 to 119/76. But today evening I again checked up because my forehead is completely sweating & that time my blood pressure was 130/90. What would you like to say about the condition? Last year my BP was 145/92. I've avoided any kind of meats & eggs. I have done my my Heart ECG & Echo. All reports are normal. What you want to suggest me? I wish a healthy lifestyle without any medical conditions. Please help, I want to live fully healthy & happy. Please Please Please help me Experts. Please tell me elaborately all the suggestions. Thanking you.

Stop measuring BP so often. Check BP once every year on fixed dates after resting for ten minutes. For good health take good diet and sufficient rest, do not interfere with internal body functions. For diet advice I recommend you discuss with me. Best wishes.
