Dear lybrate-user, If she has severe vertigo it is most likely due to involvement of our balance system (in our term: vestibulocerebellar system ).We need to know whether she had these before as because it may be an attack of vestibular migraine. However it may be due to some other reasons which we need to see and investigate as early as possible. So please attend an emergency and try to consult a Neurologist when possible.
