I am having small pimples and darkspots and red marks on my face how can I overcome it. I use climadycite phosphate gel and doxycycline capsules and acne guard soap prescribed by my doctor. It reduced my acne but it dosent removes my pimples and darkspots what I can do to prevent it or erase it and I masturbate everyday does this is the reason that causes these nightmares to my face and forehead. Pls help me I am very depressed of this thong and I really want to get rid of this.

Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.
