My child is 8.5 years he was having pain in abdomen USG report shows mesenteric lymph nodes collapsed gall bladder cholelithiasis with no sign of cholecystitis and another report shows mild gaseous distention of bowel loops gall bladder 4 mm? Soft calculus? Echogenic sludge? With changes of acute cholecystitis doctor given udiliv 150 for this after this he was all clear usg showed no stone no mesenteric adnitis gall bladder is collapsed even after overnight fasting .Now this year he had small pain in abdomen near chest for less time no other symptoms and usg report showsmobile gallstone in lumen of gall bladder 5 mm lymph nodes mesenteric region 7 mm suggest what to do. Thanks.

Mesentric lymph nodes are common in the children inclined to fast food and market junk. But as the case is suggestive of cholelithiasis, please take care of his regime and diet.
